Facial Service

All sessions are professional and therapeutic only. Any client who propositions the therapist, exposes themselves, or engages in any other inappropriate behavior will have their session ended immediately, will still be charged in full, and may be reported to the authorities. We do not allow onsite cancellations. Appointments cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or changed within 72 hours of the scheduled time under any circumstance, there are no refunds for cancelled appointments or no-shows. For corporate events and parties, no date, time, or service changes are allowed within 1 week of the event. A credit card is required to schedule, and we charge before we come out: a 20% non-refundable deposit at booking (or the full amount if your appointment is within 72 hours), with the remaining balance charged the day before your appointment. For individual sessions, we ask that one person cover the full payment rather than splitting it. To help verify charges, we text the cardholder directly (for individual clients, not businesses) to confirm the amount, confirm they are the cardholder, and confirm they authorize the charge. Parking is not included in the service price, if a parking fee applies at your location, that cost is the client’s responsibility, and we require easy parking for our therapists. If you are late, time will be deducted from your session, please be ready within 5-10 minutes of your therapist’s arrival, the same applies for parties. For chair massage events, therapists are booked for the assigned time block, not per client, keeping the chair filled for the full time is the host’s responsibility. Outdoor massages are not available in Arizona or Palm Springs from May through November.

In most service areas, a licensed provider can be at your door in as little as 3 hours, 7 days a week. Select your preferred date and time and call us as soon as possible to help ensure availability, advance booking is welcome.

At this time we only offer spa parties in Arizona. We require an exact headcount, the length of service, and which services you would like. We offer massage, facials, and nails, with a 2-hour minimum per technician. Each service is performed by its own licensed professional, massage is not performed by estheticians, and so on.

We require a credit card or debit card to schedule, and you are charged in advance before we come out. You may tip your therapist by credit card, Zelle, or Venmo. If a parking charge applies, that is paid on card or directly to the therapist.

Please be home at least 15 minutes before your service starts, time will be deducted if you are late. Keep your phone close in case your therapist has trouble finding you. We bring everything needed, we just ask for easy parking and space to set up. Relaxing music and lighting, a cool room, and showering beforehand (if you plan to) all help. Please drink plenty of water afterward.

All our massage therapists are trained in deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology. Other modalities, including prenatal, lymphatic, hot stone, and cupping, are available on request in advance. Our estheticians offer hydrating facials with products suited to all skin types, and manicures and pedicures with scrub and polish, gel polish requires advance notice for application and removal. For a party, we just need the headcount and the length of service.

Have a specific date and time, or number of employees, and location in mind when calling or emailing for a quote. We do not offer individual pay-per-person chair massage, and we require a headcount and assigned time block before booking. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a chair massage event.
